We provide a 2-year warranty. Within 2 years after shipping, we will provide replacement parts free of charge for any non-human related damage.

We offer a 24-hour service line. Basic technical issues are resolved via telephone, email, or messaging apps. Detailed operating manuals are provided with every machine.
What is the expected delivery time?
For items in stock, delivery takes 2-3 working days. For customized equipment, the lead time is typically 20-30 working days.
What are your standard payment terms?
Generally, we require a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Cash, and Western Union.
