The starch continuous liquefaction jet cooker is the key equipment for enzymatic starch syrup liquefaction. The application of dual enzymatic starch to sugar production results in uniform liquefaction, high glycation DE value, fast filtration of sugar liquid and light color. The injector is suitable for medium and high temperature enzyme preparation, as well as the direct process of different raw materials such as sweet potatoes, corn, rice, etc. It can also be used for the production of sugar from starch.
The high-pressure steam jet cooker forms high intensity micro-turbulence, ensuring good starch dispersion and protein coagulation. It eliminates dextrin deficiencies and accelerates sugar filtration speed.
The structural design eliminates clogging even with whole rice or high-density slurry. Maintenance is minimal, with no need for frequent disassembly for 1 to 3 years.
Suitable for low-pressure (0.2Mpa) and superheated steam. Saves over 15% of steam compared to traditional liquefaction methods due to uniform mixing.
