Jet Cooker for Starch Syrup
The starch continuous liquefaction jet cooker is the key equipment for enzymatic starch syrup liquefaction. The application of dual enzymatic starch to sugar production results in uniform liquefaction, high glycation DE value, fast filtration of sugar liquid and light color. The injector is suitable for medium and high temperature enzyme preparation, as well as the direct process of different raw materials such as sweet potatoes, corn, rice, etc.
Good Liquefying Effect The high-pressure steam jet cooker forms high intensity micro-turbulence, ensuring good starch dispersion without insoluble particles. Proteins gather effectively, floating for easy removal, which accelerates sugar filtration and eliminates dextrin deficiency.
Continuous Operation & No Blockage The structural design eliminates clogging even with whole rice or high-concentration starch slurry (≥30Be). These ejectors are designed for long-term use without the need for frequent disassembly and cleaning.
Low Pressure & Superheated Steam Compatibility Suitable for both low-pressure and superheated steam. For liquefaction below 105ºC, a steam pressure of 0.2Mpa is sufficient, saving over 15% of steam compared to traditional methods.
